Rules and Regulations for Returns

• Full priced items
• Items that are still in original and good condition with all tags attached
• Items are in original package as first received
• Items are in sellable condition
• Items that are unworn, damaged or washed
• SALE items are not eligible for return, exchanged or refunded
• Items are returned within 10 days after purchasing date by providing receipts/invoice as an evidence
• All of the shipping fee are customer’s responsibility including return shipment (shipping fees are not refundable)
• Items that you received are in wrong sizes, colours and not according to what you purchased
• Returned items are eligible for online credit
• Online credit will expire within 1 year and 1 time use only

Before making a return, please contact us immediately stating that you would like to request for a return. When the return request is fulfilled or authorized, please make the return as soon as possible. Returns after the period stated above and are not according to the rules/regulations will not be accepted.
